Take part in a virtual challenge such as running, walking or cycling! You could walk a marathon on your balcony, use a home exercise bike or get outside and complete a challenge in your local area (following government guidelines of course!).
All you need to do is think up a challenge, set up a page with Just Giving, set a fundraising target and share your page with friends, family and colleagues. You can even use a fitness app to track your progress.
