How to make a complaint
At Endometriosis UK, we always aim to treat everyone with the highest level of care and respect. When a complaint is received it will be logged and investigated promptly in line with our complaints policy. We take all complaints seriously and regard any complaint as an opportunity for us to reflect on our processes and practices and see if there are opportunities for us to strengthen and improve them.
If you would like to make a complaint, please contact admin@endometriosis-uk.org and it will be passed to the relevant manager to deal with.
