  2. Set up a Just Giving page to receive donations.
  3. Keep cool and raise awareness on your walk by using your Endometriosis UK water pouch. We'll send out a water pouch once you've raised your first £25 in online donations.
  4. Walk over 8k steps a day or whatever suits you, in support of the 1 in 10.
  5. Raise awareness and tell everyone why you're Walking for Endo this Summer
