Discussions about menstrual health are extremely important, and we are here to support small and medium-sized businesses in helping their staff cope with menstrual health conditions. 

During the event, we will delve into the topic of menstrual health and explore how it can affect people at work. We will also discuss how employers can create supportive workplaces.

Expert speakers will share their insights and experiences on creating supportive policies, educating employees about menstrual health, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and support. The workshops will cover the development of policies and procedures, creating an inclusive workplace environment, and educating employees on menstrual health.

Lucy Johnson
People Care Lead, Services & Soultions

Lucy Johnson, People Care Lead, Services & Solutions at BP has has over 10 years experience with Human Resources in every aspect from admin, recruitment, to employee relations and HR operations. Many of these roles have required Lucy to research, develop and write policies. She has a passion for DE&I and believe that this starts with having strong policies in place to support women in the workplace. Lucy is hoping to share some of this knowledge with delegates on how to write policies that not only support employees but the organisation too.

 

Sian Campbell
Strategic Lead People and Place, Enterprise Fellow, University of Southampton

Sian is a Strategic Lead People and Place, Enterprise Fellow at the University of Southampton. Sian is Chartered Psychologist and an expert in social impact evaluation. She has led a wide range of projects focused on understanding the outputs and outcomes of large scale programmes and interventions. Sian is the external evaluator of Menstrual Wellbeing in the Workplace and in this interactive session she will share her early reflections and offer participants the opportunity to contribute to a discussion about future priorities for the programme.
