Join us at an in person event in November, based on Menstrual Health at Work.

Date - Wednesday 6th November 2024
Venue - Millennium Point, Curzon Street, Birmingham, B4 7XG

Discussions about menstrual health are extremely important, and we are here to support small and medium-sized businesses in helping their staff cope with menstrual health conditions.

During the event, we will delve into the topic of menstrual health and explore how it can affect people at work. We will also discuss how employers can create supportive workplaces.

Expert speakers will share their insights and experiences on creating supportive policies, educating employees about menstrual health, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and support. The workshops will cover the development of policies and procedures, creating an inclusive workplace environment, and educating employees on menstrual health.

Our speakers for this event are:

Many of these roles have required Lucy to research, develop and write policies. She has a passion for DE&I and believe that this starts with having strong policies in place to support women in the workplace. Lucy is hoping to share some of this knowledge with delegates on how to write policies that not only support employees but the organisation too.
