We have several aims for this campaign:
- Grow our vital support services, while helping to amplify voices, share the stories of those affected by endometriosis and raise awareness of the condition.
- Recruit new volunteers through recruitment drives across the UK to deliver trained peer support through our Helpline, Web Chat, online community, local and online support groups.
- Provide high quality volunteer training online and in-person, ensuring volunteers don’t wait too long. Feedback has shown volunteers want in person training opportunities. Funds will ensure new volunteers can benefit from in-person training, with expenses covered to attend.
- Offer a range of additional and enhanced training opportunities throughout the year to volunteers such as mental health training, so they can provide the utmost support to those who need it and feel supported themselves.
