Become a Helpline Volunteer

The Endometriosis UK Helpline offers those with endometriosis a safe space to talk about their feelings and experiences. Our Helpline volunteers have lived experience of endometriosis, they listen without judgemental and have patience and empathy.  Volunteers can not offer advice of any kind, be it medical, financial or legal.

Helpline volunteers offer 2-3 hours of their own time each week In return they can expect to receive good quality induction training and can access ongoing training and support to help them in their role.

When signing up to become a volunteer we ask that you can commit to a minimum 6 month period. 

We only accept applications from individuals with suspected or diagnosed endometriosis across our Support Network

We are currently recruiting for Helpline volunteers who can commit to a 2-3 hour shift each week at the times listed below. 

  • 8.00am – 11.00am
  • 12.00pm – 3.00pm
  • 6.00pm – 9.00pm

We encourage interest and applications from those who identify as LGBTQIA+, individuals who identify as being Black, Asian or a Minority Ethnic community, individuals experiencing childlessness by choice and not by choice.
