Endometriosis UK Diagnosis Survey 2025

We have released the 2025 Endometriosis UK Diagnosis Survey to find out how long it takes to get a diagnosis of endometriosis in the UK, and your experiences during the diagnosis and treatment process. We want to hear from you if you've had a diagnosis, if you're going through the diagnosis process or if you have suspected endometriosis, so we can see what your experiences are.

This survey will provide accurate, up to date information about how long the diagnosis process currently takes across the UK, how that has changed over time, and any differences across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. We’ll use the information in our lobbying and campaigning work to drive down diagnosis time and improve access to care.
