Is your birthday coming up? Create a birthday fundraiser as a way for friends and family to celebrate your special day and support a cause that’s close to your heart  as your gift.

If you’re on Facebook, why not open a Facebook fundraising page to make it easy for loved ones and those in your network to see that you’re accepting donations to Endometriosis UK in place of gifts for your birthday.

Another option is to open a JustGiving page:
•    Choose Endometriosis UK as your charity
•    Pick ‘Celebrating an Occasion’ as your cause
•    Share the link to your page with friends, family and colleagues.
•    If you’re having a party, you can even display the QR code to your JustGiving page and include it on the invitations.

Why Tanya chose to support Endometriosis UK at her wedding

"When I thought about what wedding favours I wanted to give to our guests, I immediately knew I wanted the money to go towards Endometriosis UK. This is a charity that has helped me so much and most of my friends and family know how important the charity is to me.

When I asked my (now) husband if he would be ok with having favours to support the charity, he immediately agreed. Endometriosis has been such a large part of our relationship and to be able to do something positive around it meant a lot to me.
