On 14 October 2026, the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Endometriosis will launch its landmark report on endometriosis in the workplace. This is a key opportunity to make sure MPs hear directly why change is urgently needed - and we need your help.
Too many with endometriosis are being forced to make impossible choices between their health and their career. As many as one in six with endometriosis may have to leave the workplace. That is unacceptable.
Nobody should face discrimination at work, lose opportunities, or be pushed out of a job because employers and systems fail to understand or support those with endometriosis. Governments and employers must act - and your voice can help make that happen.
Earlier this year, the APPG on Endometriosis, for which Endometriosis UK provides secretariat support, launched a landmark inquiry into endometriosis and the workplace. More than 6,000 employees and employers responded to the call for evidence, sharing their experiences and highlighting what needs to change.
That evidence has now been brought together in a report setting out recommendations to Government to improve working life for those with endometriosis.
At the launch, MPs will hear why action is needed and how the report’s recommendations can help ensure everyone with endometriosis can access the support they need to thrive.
Please take two minutes today to ask your MP to attend the launch.
Using our quick and easy form, you can write to your MP in just a few minutes. Simply enter your details and, if you wish, personalise the template letter to share why this issue matters to you.
The more MPs we reach, the stronger our call for change will be.
Thank you for standing with everyone affected by endometriosis and helping us push for workplaces where nobody is forced to choose between their health and their career.
