Norwich Support Group

About this group

Our Norwich Support Group is a friendly, informal, and safe space where you can meet others who understand what it’s like to live with endometriosis. The most important thing to know is that you are not alone.
There is never any pressure or expectation at our meetings. Some people find comfort in sharing their experiences, while others prefer to listen. You are welcome to take part in whichever way feels right for you, and you will always be supported without judgment.
We recognise that everyone is at a different stage in their journey. Whether you are just beginning to explore your symptoms, waiting for a diagnosis, or have been living with endometriosis for many years, you are welcome to join us.
The Norwich group usually meets once a month, and all meeting dates are posted on our group page. If it’s your first time attending, you are more than welcome to bring a friend or family member along for support.
If you’d like to learn more about our group or have any questions, please write us on our Facebook GroupYou can also follow us on social media through the links below.

Meet the Support Group Leader(s)

Carolina Mesas

Hello, my name is Carolina Mesas, and I’m honored to join Endometriosis UK as a Support Leader. My own journey with endometriosis has been long and challenging—spanning over a decade of persistent symptoms, repeated miscarriages, and countless moments of feeling unheard by the medical system. For ten years, I sought help while being repeatedly dismissed, and it was only through persistence that I began to find answers.

These experiences have left me determined to ensure that others don’t face the same struggles I did. I am passionate about advocating for better care, raising awareness, and providing support for those navigating the physical and emotional challenges of endometriosis. My goal is to be part of the solution, helping create a future where new generations receive the understanding, treatment, and empathy they deserve.

I am here to listen, share, and support—because no one should have to face endometriosis alone.

Looking for medical advice?
