Meet the Support Group Leader(s)


My Story:

I was diagnosed with Endometriosis during 2010.  Shortly after my diagnosis I began visting the Cardiff group for support.  For the first time in my life I met women who knew what I went through & learnt about my treatment options.  

I am now the co-leader of the support group & I am passionate about providing a variety of guest speakers, experts in their field, who may be able to help us manage our symptoms.  


My Story:

I was diagnosed in 2015 after over 10 years of experiencing Endometriosis symptoms of varying degrees and several misdiagnoses. I became a support group leader to help raise awareness and offer support and guidance to others.

Welcome to the Cardiff Support Group!

We aim to bi-monthly meetings, with specialist guest speakers to provide information on managing various aspects of endometriosis & the way it effects our lives

We also arrange bi-monthly informal socials/coffee meetings across Cardiff City Centre.

General Session Information:

Bi-monthly meetings held at University Hospital Wales (Hematology Seminar Room/Room 168, 7th Floor) and Spire Hospital Cardiff, Pentwyn & Spire Cardiff Hospital, Croescadarn Road, Pentwyn CF23 8XL.

We are always happy to make arrangements to meet anyone beforehand if they are unsure of how to find the meeting room.

Bi-monthly informal socials/coffee meetings are also arranged across Cardiff City Centre (please contact us/sign up to the mailing list for upcoming details)
