About Bucket Collections

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to collect donations for us outside Angel Underground Station.

If you are looking for a way to support our work and have two hours to spare, please sign up today.

You will be supporting a great cause and helping raise awareness about endometriosis.

We need 2 volunteers for 7 shifts throughout the day. You can check the times that are available by clicking the Volunteer Now button.

Why not...

• Ask your friends, family and colleagues to spare a couple of hours and join you on the day – you might be surprised how many actually say yes!
• Use Facebook and Twitter to let more of your friends know about our collection, and see if they can come and help you on the day too.
• Tell your community about our collection through your local newspaper and magazines. If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of please register today

On the day...

• Smile. Everyone likes an infectious smile – especially during the daily commute.
• Stand out from the crowd. Wear your Endometriosis UK T-shirt with pride; preferably over your jacket as it will be cold in December. Have a pair of pink pants? Why not wear them over your trousers, or, even better, step it up with a bit of fancy dress.
• Let people know why you’re there. Make sure your Endometriosis UK bucket label is visible and say a simple winning line “Would you like to support Endometriosis UK?” Simple but effective.
​• Make eye contact. You’ve got the smile, the look and the line – make sure you share it by meeting eyes with all those passers-by. • Don’t believe the rumours, it’s perfectly legal to shake your bucket. So shake, rattle and roll!

Why participate?

Our fundraisers mean the world to us and are vital in helping us provide support and information to women with endometriosis. We receive minimal funding for the work we do and are financed almost entirely through our fundraisers, donations and annual membership subscriptions. The money you raise will mean we can continue to be there for women who face challenging and difficult decisions during diagnosis, treatment and management of endometriosis.

Please note we can only cover reasonable travel expenses from volunteers travelling within London and surrounding areas.
