About this meeting

Tis the season to be jolly! But how do you focus on the fun times when you’re not feeling well? This group will help to prepare you for the Christmas and New Year seasons and is the chance to share some experiences of how you’ve coped with busy times. There will also be (virtual!) mince pies and Christmas pudding all round!
