Endometriosis support
Endometriosis UK provide emotional support for endometriosis. We have support groups, web chat, online forum and a helpline.
Mental health support
Reach out to any of the following charities as well as your GP (if you haven’t told them already): Samaritans, Mind, Shout and the NHS Mental Health Crisis team in your area. There is also the Hub of Hope: which lets you know what mental health services are in your area.
In Wales, C.A.L.L and Mind Cymru are also there to help. In Scotland, NHS24, provides urgent care and advice when your GP is closed, and you can speak to the crisis intervention team.
